Admissions & Eligibility

Level of Care Assessment

Prior to beginning treatment at a CSRI facility, the client will undergo an initial clinical screening assessment to determine the appropriate level of addiction treatment care. Should a client seeking treatment at a CSRI facility be found to require a more medically supervised level of care, we will make the appropriate referral to an inpatient or residential treatment program. Following treatment at a higher level of care, if the client’s recovery progresses and outpatient treatment is clinically appropriate, he/she may be admitted to CSRI. Depending on the client’s health issues or other medical needs, a referral may be made for additional therapy or medical services in the community.

Confidentiality

All client eligibility, treatment, and payment information will be handled confidentially and will comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act and Federal regulations governing Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records.
